Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, sign in to your customer account and submit a return request from your order page, or contact us at 577736132@qq.com. Returns must be sent to: 18601 S. Vermont Ave, Suite 120, Gardena, CA 90248, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
EU Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at 577736132@qq.com.

商品损坏或问题 收到商品后请立即检查，如有缺陷、损坏或错误，请立即联系我们。
不可退货商品 易腐商品、定制或个性化商品、个人护理用品、危险品、特价商品及礼品卡不接受退货。
退款 收到并检查退货后，我们将通知您审核结果。审核通过后，退款将在10个工作日内退回至原支付方式。如审核通过后超过15个工作日仍未收到退款，请联系 577736132@qq.com。
